  • How much notice do we need for a catered event?
    At least 7 days prior to the event.
  • Is there a minimum order that needs to be placed?
    Yes. We have a minimum charge of 20 guests for our services. Service fee applies for less than 50 guests.
  • What is the best way to contact you with questions or to place an order?

  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?
    Yes, you can. Guests number and food selection can be changed until 7 days prior to your event.
  • When is my function secured?
    Function is secured when the 40% deposit is paid.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If an event is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, Fuego Latin Catering shall be entitled to retain the deposit to offset the cost of the reservation of the time for your event, administration and preparation for the event. If an event is cancelled within 5 business days of the date of the event, Fuego Latin Catering shall be entitled to retain the full payment held by them and shall be entitled to full payment of the cost of the event, if it is not held by Fuego Latin Catering, (unless other arrangements are confirmed to you by us by email).
  • Do you supply staff and how much do they cost?
    For our standard package we supply one Chef and one Assistant, rates vary depending on the amount of guest.
